Orders and Shipping
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes! Please contact us ASAP to make any changes to your order before it ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and the US.
How long does shipping take?
Each card is created, packaged, and shipped with love from Canada within 1-2 business days. You will be notified when the item is dispatched.
Your card will be shipped using standard mail with NO TRACKING. The following are general shipping times as given by Canada Post. Please note that these times are not guaranteed.
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- US: 5-10 business days
- International: 5-15 business days
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. There could be shipping delays due to weather and holidays.
How much is shipping?
Untracked letter mail shipping within Canada is $1 CAD and to the USA is $2.50 CAD. Adding tracking will be an additional cost, which you can select at checkout.
Free Shipping Over $50 CAD
I am currently offering free shipping with tracking on orders over $50 CAD.
Will I receive tracking?
There is no tracking included with regular letter mail. This is to help keep shipping costs low. If you would like shipping, you can select the option at checkout.

Are there additional taxes or duties?
There are no additional tax and duties. Thankfully, small stationery like greeting cards are exempt from the tariffs.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the product and because it is made to order, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations after it has been shipped. If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please contact me and we'll work to make things right!
What if my order gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged?
